We're stoked you're checking us out! We'd like to share our process with you so you know what to expect while working with us.

You contact us, and we set up a meeting because we believe that giving you an accurate quote means fully understanding your needs.

Once we've met with you, and gotten a feel for your message and your audience, we'll send you a concept attached to a quote. This gives you a better idea of what you're getting for your money, and allows us to send multiple concepts if that's what you're wanting.

After you've chosen a concept and signed a contract, we begin developing it into something we can film. A storyboard and script are developed, and then a visualization tool we call a "spec video". A spec video uses the storyboards in place of actual shots, combined with other elements to give you the best feel for our design direction. We meet, show you the spec video, and explain the reasons behind the storyboard and script decisions.

If you like where we're headed, we'll send you a "storyboard approval form", which protects us in case clients want to change everything late in the game. It also protects you from being overcharged for additional time if that's needed.

After the storyboard approval form is signed, we begin production. We work with you to determine locations and talent, followed by the actual filming process.

Once shooting is wrapped, we'll start the editing process. You'll receive multiple drafts as we refine the piece to ensure your satisfaction. Once we hit on a version you're completely satisfied with, we'll send you a file via dropbox or google drive in a format that works for you.

We operate on a 20/80 ratio, so 20% will be paid after signing the contract, and 80% is due upon the project's completion.

Again, thanks for your interest, and always feel free to contact us if you have any questions!
